Works effectively and efficiently to provide the residents with good quality, nutritious good. The Cook prepares the food in a safe and sanitary manner that meets the guideline set by the health department. The Cook needs to work with other members of the PVRC staff to assure a positive dining experience for all residents and guests of PVRC. Required to understand and respect confidentiality of personal and professional business of the residents and other staff members. The Cook reports directly to the Executive Chef.
