Responsibilities

*Set up workstations *Cook dishes to business standards *Follow health and safety guidelines *Prepare ingredients for use during shift *Create new dishes and menus in accordance with business needs (optional) *Anticipate ingredient needs and arrange re-stock accordingly *Ensure a productive kitchen flow that upholds business standards
Qualifications

*Experience working as a sous chef, cook, or willingness to learn *Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils *Strong attention to detail *Ability to listen and communicate effectively *Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
