THE VISION
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for promoting consumer engagement. You know the brands, their distinct customers, and selling points and use this to create excitement for products through efficient social and email marketing. You represent the Sellmark brand's voices online and drive awareness, engagement, and follower growth by deploying great content through a results-oriented execution. You are responsible for the brand's everyday posts and developing a long-term social media strategy.
Sellmark houses an entire marketing team, and you will work closely with that team to maintain consistent imaging and messages across the brand's social platforms. You must be able to communicate projects to other team members to create the best results possible for the brands. You will also recruit and work closely with external vendors or influencers to create content.
Sellmark is a continuously growing company; you will be an integral part of that growth. To uphold brand standards, you must continually seek a deeper understanding of the brand's vision and target audience. As new brands come along, you must be innovative and able to quickly learn and take on new projects to enhance audience engagement through social media and email.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS
  • Manage social media platforms to optimize views and engagement.
  • Review social media to respond to questions and comments.
  • Establish media and influencer relationships to increase the potential for brand awareness, placements, endorsements, etc.
  • Facilitate tradeshows and events to build brand awareness.
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand's strategy.
  • Track the social media activity of multiple selected influencers and measure their effectiveness through analytics.
  • Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to set goals for content creation.
  • Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for overseeing high-value influencers and engaging them in campaigns using CreatorIQ to justify paid content and product exchanges.
  • Work with team to plan and produce compelling digital advertising banners and campaigns.
  • Create and submit a justification of spending for campaign promotions and digital marketing sales efforts.
  • Work with the leadership team to establish and review key performance indicators.
  • Work in google analytics, SEMRush, and other data platforms to develop and tweak strategies and analyze ad campaigns' impact and ROI.
  • Track results and changes in social media, followers, engagement, and brand awareness using Agorapulse.
  • Willing and able to adapt to the outdoor lifestyle and knowledge of Sellmark products.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • Minimum of (2) years of related experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in AgoraPulse, Adobe Creative Suite, and CreatorIQ
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a high level of integrity and strong work ethic
  • Willing to undergo and pass a background check and drug screen.
