HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Strategy Development: You’ll be supporting the development of a Total Rewards program strategy to improve the physical, financial, emotional, and social health of our employees.
- Relationship Management: You’ll be working closely with HR business leadership, business leadership, vendors, and consultants. You’ll also be managing relationships with our strategic vendors and leading Request for Proposal (RFP) activities.
- Annual Rate Setting: You’ll be managing the annual healthcare rate setting and overall budgeting processes.
- Administrative Excellence: You’ll be addressing participant benefit issues and working with the team and vendors to provide solutions.
- Leading Change: You’ll be fully utilizing WK Kellogg Company change methodology for implementation of new programs and program changes and serving as a change agent, bringing in new and innovative ways of working.
- Developing Talent: You’ll be sharing your knowledge and providing coaching across the team.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Bachelors or International Equivalent in Business, Human Resources, or related Field- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Analytical skills
- People Management
- Excel Advanced
- Project Management
- Significant experience in progressively more responsible roles in at least two of the following areas of Total Rewards: Health & Welfare, Retirement, Compensation, Labor Relations, Recognition, Legal, Compliance, and Communications
