Under our unique model of peers-helping-peers, our older adult daytime elder companions work one-on-one with elderly clients in the community, providing non-medical services that may include:

  • Companionship
  • Shopping/errands

Minimum requirements:

  • Compassionate, reliable, and flexible
  • Older adult with 45+ years of life experience
  • Availability of at least 6-8 hours per week
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated
  • Driver's license and insured auto (our clients are not accessible by public transportation)
  • Personal cell phone
  • Private email account and ability to send/receive emails
  • Conversational English fluency
  • Live centrally in our Greater Boston/Metrowest service area with accessibility to multiple client locations such as: Arlington, Brighton, Brookline, Cambridge, Medford, Needham, Newton, Watertown, Weston
