Westmarke Condominiums is a Multi-family housing Community located in St. Louis Park, MN.
Position Summary: Stonebridge Communities, LLC is seeking an experienced goal oriented, out-going, independent, and self motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills and a follow through to join a friendly work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily community operations
- Enforcing and maintaining Community rules and regulations
- Manage and supervise Maintenance staff
- Managing and monitoring general maintenance and upkeep of common areas
- Manage all administrative operations
- Handle and investigate concerns raised by community members
- Understand and comply with Fair Housing laws and standards and safety laws
- Follow and maintain HOAs governing policies and procedures
- Hold exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Accomplish set financial objectives
- Improve, maintain curb appeal and property appearance
- Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
Supervisory skills
1 to 3 years of work experience in multifamily property management
Preferred but not required: experience with Yardi and familiarity with HOA
