Day Habilitation Direct Support Professional (DSP), responsible for developmentally disabled individuals with emphasis on encouraging and guiding individuals in activities that promote independence and inclusion within the local community, protecting the individuals’ health and safety, facilitating community integration, facilitating relationship building, and teaching functional skills. NHCC's mission is to Empower individuals and strengthen Communities.
Community Habilitation : Monday thru Friday during the evening, Saturday and Sunday During the day, Times may vary depending on the need of the family
Respite : Monday thru Friday during the evening. Saturday and Sunday during the day. Times may vary depending on the need of the family

What we Require:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- A valid non-provisional Drivers’ License
- Successful clearance of mandatory background check
- Prior experience working with developmentally disabled individuals is desired, but not required
