Job Purpose & Position Overview
The Community Crisis Response (CCR) Program Coordinator facilitates the implementation of the CCR Program through monitoring, reporting, coordination of activities, and providing strategic guidance to program staff and CCR Team. Incumbent will oversee the progress and operations of the program and will collaborate and correspond with the WCHS and SAMHSA Grant Team and key stakeholders and ensure full program and grant compliance. Incumbent will have demonstrated skills in organizing and managing multiple complex job duties and can effectively communicate orally and in writing.
Specific Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Demonstrate mission, vision, and values of WCHS and have a thorough understanding of program goals, and objectives.
- Provide oversight and management of program and related funding, ensuring full compliance in accordance with the terms of the award and in line with the established strategic goals of WCHS and its divisions
- Ensure appropriate processes are in place for data collection, and timely, complete, and accurate entry of data in accordance with the guidelines outlined by SAMHSA utilizing the SPARS system
- Perform regular review of data for errors and ensure immediate corrections, when needed run data reports as needed or requested
- Accountable for and prepares and submits all required expenditure reports in accordance with required format and time frame
- Organize and facilitate a CCR Task Force dedicated to improving the efforts and services surrounding crisis response, specifically for mental health patients.
- Lead and evaluate project staff
- Build and maintain effective network of resources (agencies, stakeholders and organizations) in support of the program including county, state, federal, tribal, and community based
- Develop consistent public messaging and education related to the CCR Program
- Organize and Conducts planning meetings as necessary with collaborative partners.
- Identify action and strategies to complete the activities of the timeline.
- Review and analyze assessment information after each activity to monitor progress.
- Will be responsible for data collected and analysis and reporting.
- Develops and maintains new and existing organization relationships.
- Attend trainings/webinars/conference calls concerning project as necessary.
- Manages project budget and fiscal responsibilities per Tribal and federal regulations.
- Complete and submit all required grant reports by due dates.
- Submits monthly report to the BH Director on progress of the grant.
- Performs other duties as assigned for the purpose of the funding sources.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field required
- 3-5 years proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial position required
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation and change management principles
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
- Must possess skills in leadership, public speaking and group facilitation skills.
- Must possess good verbal and written skills and be able to communicate ideas and concepts adequately.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and initiative.
- Be willing to work a flexible work schedule when necessary.
- Maintain strict adherence to the confidentiality laws and regulations pertaining to clients and program records.
- Pass a Federal background check.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:
- Heavy office work which includes the ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs.
- Regularly required to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time and use hands to operate computer keyboard, phone, and various office equipment.
- While performing daily duties, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- Ability to work outside in weather extremes.

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:
- All applicants will comply with 45 CFR 1301, Subpart D, Section 1301.31, C and D, which require all prospective employees to sign a declaration prior to employment regarding all arrests and convictions of child abuse or violent felonies and to comply with PL 101-630 and PL 101-637 regarding criminal records check.
