The Position: We're looking for Community Assistants. We base starting pay on experience and education.
- Schedules will be build based on the staff's availability and flexibility and the needs of the consumers we serve. Schedule can consist of afternoon, evening and sleeping overnights. A few day hours may be available also. Hours could be on Weekdays and Weekends.

Requirements:
- Pass Background Checks
- Driver License
- Valid Vehicle Insurance
- High School/GED or Enrolled in HS/GED
Responsibilities:
- Support Consumer Choice
- Assist Consumers in learning healthy coping skills
- Assist Consumers with daily living tasks
- Companionship, Compassion, Empowering
- Work on the individual's goals and support to enable them to be more independent in their communities.
The Location: Full Circle Services, Inc. is based in Northeast Iowa with office in Independence, Oelwein, Waterloo, Fayette and Decorah. This position is based out of the Oelwein office.
