We offer speeds up to 10 Gbps while avoiding unnecessary fees and bandwidth caps. Along with Internet, we specialize in Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS), VoIP, and managed network services.
Atlas Networks is in need of a Community Account Manager to drive Internet service sales in Multi-Dwelling Unit buildings (apartments and condos) on our network. This person is able to create relationships with leasing agents and property managers to maximize the penetration rate of Atlas customers in each building. This person is creative and able to find ways to reach customers through events, mailings, or other avenues. This person is driven by objective, performance-based metrics that are reflected in compensation. Apply your interpersonal skills in developing relationships, driving adoption of Atlas Internet services by migrating customers away from the national brands. Be an active participant in social media, driving brand awareness and customer engagement. We offer a base of $65k but we need your total earnings to exceed $100k in year one with considerably more in year two.

While there is urgency to goal achievement, responsibility for the achievement of results needs to be shared and effectively delegated when necessary. Initiating projects and processes beyond established organization practices will often require training and developing others, and enlisting their support by using a “selling” rather “telling” communication style. A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential. The job has variety of tasks and is dynamic and changing. Because goals and desired results can quickly change, the job requires regularly meeting and pro-actively establishing relationships with new groups. The ability to understand, quickly react and motivate others to adapt to the changing organization environment is a critical key to success. In general, the core of this position requires a motivated and motivating team builder and organization developer.
Core Responsibilities:
- Experience in sales – retail or commercial. Technology a plus.
- Ability to manage a portfolio of buildings including fostering relationships with the property managers and leasing agents.
- Proactively work right of entry agreements (new building sales) with current customers and new prospects.
- Support the Brand Ambassador(s) in overseeing events in your portfolio of buildings.
- Support the Brand Ambassador(s) in building close relationships with residential leasing agents on a set schedule.
- Working knowledge of general marketing principles and the ability to execute them along with managing your dedicated marketing budget.
- Increase the number of active subscribers and product penetration in assigned multi-dwelling unit properties and communities by selling and promoting company products including high-speed Internet.
- Develop and foster relationships within business community and core groups.
- Participate in regular community and professional networking events.
- Project a professional business manner and operates with a high degree of integrity.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Additional duties that may be assigned by management as part of the day to day operations of the company.

Pay Range:
Base of $50,000 plus significant commissions potential.
