Salaried sales position developing voice, data, video surveillance, GPS fleet management, and emergency lighting communications solutions in Delaware. Interact with public-safety, police/fire/EMS, government, construction, and education market customers.
Develop long term sales relationships by making contact with existing customers and new prospects. Must be comfortable working with technical products in a team environment using attention-to-detail skills. Maintain training certifications and work closely with our solution providers - Motorola Solutions, Cradlepoint, Avigilon, and Panasonic (Toughbook).
Ability to use customer relationship applications, have good understanding of wireless networks, LTE, RF, spectrum FCC rules, software applications.

Responsibilities and Duties

Initiate outbound contact with existing customers and prospects
Develop price quotes and negotiate terms
Cost justification for capital purchases, leasing, and rental alternatives
Sales forecasting
Use CRM application for tracking, quoting, and follow-up
Obtain sales certifications from suppliers
Work with suppliers for joint sales calls, quoting


Qualifications and Skills

Identify communications problems and recommend solutions
Exhibit written communications skills
Large project development and long term sales strategies
Basic understanding of wireless networking
Ability to analyze workflows and recommend end-to-end solutions
General knowledge of Google Workspace, Windows computer applications
Self-starter who can multitask, enjoys communicating, and building customer relationships
Ability to work with deadlines
Can handle fast-paced environment with interruptions
Valid driver license with clean driving record
