Buiten & associates a division of Brown & Brown is seeking a Communications Coordinator to join their team in Grand Rapids, MI!
Responsible to a broad variety of Insurance teams to design content to further build brand recognition and capabilities. Requires a diverse set of communication skills including knowledge of social media platforms.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Take the vision to the marketplace
- Work with all internal communication systems to maximize learning opportunities
- Build communication pieces/systems across product lines
- Assure that all our sales force is engaged in social media/education
- Arrange group learning opportunities for clients and prospects
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and all major social media platforms
- Ability to think strategically and manage outcomes
- Bring creative solutions to a traditional business platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2+ years experience in a similar position
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Graphic Design preferred.

Pay: $28.85 - $36.05 per hour
