Watertight Roofing Services is looking for the next commercial service roof technicians. We are looking for very specific people to grow with us during this extraordinary growth in our commercial service division. Job duties consist of:

• Successfully diagnose existing roof and repair deficiencies in any roof system
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of single ply, asphalt, metal, and shingle roof systems
• Manage service truck and ensure it is always fully stocked with necessary supplies
• Complete work orders including photos, thorough description of work completed, list all materials and quantities used, and provide any notes for proper billing and use for additional service calls at location.
• Properly maintain all tools and equipment
• Provide service recommendations to customers based on roof condition - forward upsell information to Service Department Administrator
• Understanding of and use of CRM software
• Attending all required company meetings
• Manage calendar and schedule inspections
• Report daily activities and achievements to Service Department Administrator

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must have working knowledge of commercial / industrial roof construction
• Effective roof system evaluation, leak diagnostic skills, and problem-solving skills a must
• Ability to adhere to safety standards and protocol
• Demonstrate neat, courteous, professional presence
• Consistently demonstrates understanding of customers’ needs and effectively addresses them
• Ability to work at heights on flat and inclined surfaces year-round
• Familiarity with construction CRM software or willingness to learn
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Must pass background check
• Must pass drug test
• Must have valid work authorization
• Pay based on experience level

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
