What You'll Do:
As a Commercial Real Estate Transaction Administrator, you'll assist an equity production team in completing commercial real estate transactions.

Here are a few examples of the types of things you'll do:
  • Assist in the administration of legal documentation for equity client portfolios
  • Assist with the development of an internal due diligence website (Box.com) to index due diligence information for acquisition/disposition/development commercial real estate transactions.
  • Assist the Senior Acquisitions Consultant by requesting, reviewing, analyzing and organizing to ensure completeness, and monitoring the status and access to confidential due diligence information Communicate, coordinate and follow-up with internal and external clients/consultants to ensure stringent transaction deadlines are met.
  • Assist Senior Acquisitions Consultant in the preparation of closing documents, verification of signature blocks, and closing correspondence with local counsel and escrow.
  • Assist Senior Acquisitions Consultant in obtaining quotes and appropriately order title and survey for acquisitions and dispositions. Follow-up on details to ensure tight deadlines are met.
  • Manage the transaction Due Diligence process by maintaining the data integrity/security by access controls, monitoring the final Closing & Post-Closing documentation and electronically filing (Onbase) the final transaction closing documents for record retention.
  • Send confidentiality agreements to brokers, coordinate legal review on any language changes to internal legal and finalize confidential agreements with Acquisition Director/Manager. Monitor prompt good communication with all stakeholders.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates preferred, High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of job related experience
  • Must be able to work efficiently, be results oriented and exhibit attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good oral and written communication skills and PC experience
  • Knowledge of commercial loans/real estate beneficial but not necessary
  • Good organizational skills as well as the ability to meet deadlines and work with multiple competing priorities.
Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
