We are hiring a Commercial Project Coordinator to support the Personal Care business.

• Managing key account(s) and supporting customers’ needs, shipping coordination, inventory reporting, and providing various status reports
• Project Management for client new product pipeline and changes to existing items
• Communicating directly with the customer(s) in writing, by phone and in person as needed
• Be both the voice of the customer to the company, and voice of the company to the customer
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer order accuracy and production timing
• Keeping Sales Representatives informed of important account updates/information
• Identify customer opportunities and provide recommendations to increase sales
• Provide on-going input for improving marketing materials and sales aids
• Report on highlights of the week and recommendations on how to improve sales

Requirements:

• College Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consumer products customer service-related role, personal care products and or contract manufacturing strongly desired
• Effectively able to communicate at all levels of management internally /externally
• Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
• Promote cooperation by projecting a positive attitude
• Proficient in use of an ERP system and BI system preferred (SAGE/COGNOS/SAP)
• Ability to manage all aspects of the customer relationship independently
• Ability to effectively multi-task and work quickly and efficiently. Self-starter.
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge in Excel
• Analytical mindset with very strong attention to detail and follow-though to achieve results
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of business

The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65000 / year.

The hiring base salary range above represents what PLZ reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting.
