We are hiring a Commercial Project Coordinator to support the Personal Care business.
- Managing key account(s) and supporting customers’ needs, shipping coordination, inventory reporting, and providing various status reports
- Project Management for client new product pipeline and changes to existing items
- Communicating directly with the customer(s) in writing, by phone and in person as needed
- Be both the voice of the customer to the company, and voice of the company to the customer
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer order accuracy and production timing
- Keeping Sales Representatives informed of important account updates/information
- Identify customer opportunities and provide recommendations to increase sales
- Provide on-going input for improving marketing materials and sales aids
- Report on highlights of the week and recommendations on how to improve sales
Requirements:
- College Degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consumer products customer service-related role, personal care products and or contract manufacturing strongly desired
- Effectively able to communicate at all levels of management internally /externally
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
- Promote cooperation by projecting a positive attitude
- Proficient in use of an ERP system and BI system preferred (SAGE/COGNOS/SAP)
- Ability to manage all aspects of the customer relationship independently
- Ability to effectively multi-task and work quickly and efficiently. Self-starter.
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office with advanced knowledge in Excel
- Analytical mindset with very strong attention to detail and follow-though to achieve results
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening) and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of business
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65000 / year.
The hiring base salary range above represents what PLZ reasonably expects to pay for this position as of the date of this posting. Actual salaries will vary within the range, and in some circumstances may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant skills, experience, education and training, and location, as well as the job scope and complexity, responsibilities, and regular and/or necessary travel required for the position, which may change depending on the candidate pool.
