Commercial Premium Audit Coordinator
IMT Insurance is looking for a motivated, self-starter to fill the position of Commercial Premium Audit Coordinator. You will have the opportunity to assist on all facets of premium audit. You will also develop and maintain working knowledge of all commercial lines automated systems and provide assistance to the commercial teams. If this role is for you, apply online today!
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Perform pre-audit work of entering mail, phone and vendor audit data into management system.
- Perform follow up mail and phone procedures on audit assignments.
- Sync completed audits to management system for review. Escalate assignments to Coordinator II or manager as needed.
- Process audits in billing inventory and enter final audit results to management system.
- Review call up reports daily for final action on current term exposures.
- Assist policyholders with on-line, fax, email or mail reporting tools, following up as necessary to obtain a complete understanding of scope of operations.
- Assist insureds and agents regarding classifications and manual rules as interpreted by NCCI.
- Assist Coordinator II with NCCI unit statistical reporting and pre-delinquent reports.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all facets of premium audit operations and loss control operations.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to pay close attention to details.
- Proficient math skills needed in order to audit and perform calculations.
- Ability to accurately key information for processing of all department tasks.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers using all forms of communication.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and function in a personal computer network environment.
- Ability to prioritize work and meet departmental deadlines.
- A college education or equivalent experience is needed to perform job functions.

The salary range for this position is $41,000.00- $56,000.00
Starting salary and level of position will depend on level of experience
