Lima Company is currently seeking a Commercial Plumbing Technician, who will be interacting with current clients, perspective clients and team members.
About The Position
Looking for an honest, hardworking, personable commercial plumbing technician, to join our rapidly growing plumbing division.
This position will include (but will not be limited to):
- Serve clients with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Refuse to compromise company or individual integrity by performing unnecessary or substandard services.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, install and repair all aspects of commercial plumbing including but not limited to: pumps, water treatment equipment, plumbing fixtures, faucets, water heaters, water fountains, valves, water lines of various materials, backflow preventers, garbage disposals, drain lines, sewer lines etc.
- Communicate openly and honestly with customers with regards to work authorization, services, products, scope of work and warranty.
- Perform every job with technical excellence and professionalism.
- Assist fellow employees whenever called upon to do so.
- Act with dignity and respect in dealing with our valued customers and fellow employees.
- Maintain a neat personal appearance and adhere to current uniform policies.

Qualifications
- 2 to 5 plus years’ work-related experience in Commercial Plumbing Operations and Maintenance environment.
- Willing to join trade union
- Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license
- Applicants must be drug-free and pass background check
- Must be available after normal working hours for emergency response.
- Strong Client Care skills a must
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills
