HumanGood is looking for a Class B Commercial License Driver with passenger endorsement who is experienced, energetic, and interested in working with seniors.

The Driver position is responsible for greeting all residents, team members, and visitors in a warm, confident, and knowledgeable manner. S/he is responsible for ensuring the safe travel of the residents, visitors, and team members of the community and works as a member of the Resident Services team to deliver excellence in hospitality and customer service. S/he is responsible for assisting with carrying of packages, groceries, and luggage for transportation within the community; transporting residents in cars, trams, busses and/or vans to appointments, local shopping, and/or activities; providing general assistance to residents; and maintaining and may clean the vehicle(s). Position may be combined with that of Activities Assistant or Census Taker at some CCRC's. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.

Schedule is Full Time, Sunday - Thursday. Pay range $21-23 depending on experience + $500 Sign-on bonus!

Qualifications:

• Education – High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience/Training – One to three years of driving experience with a clean DMV record. Any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations – Must possess a valid Class B, if driving vans, or Class C California Driver’s License. Must have clearance with California Department of Motor Vehicles with no serious violations.
