The Colorado Eagles are a professional minor league ice hockey team based in Loveland, Colorado. The Eagles play in the Pacific Division of the American Hockey League and are the AHL affiliate of the Colorado Avalanche.
JOB OVERVIEW
The Colorado Eagles are hiring part time merchandise associates for the 2022-23 hockey season. We are seeking hardworking and passionate professionals who will be responsible for greeting customers and assisting with merchandise sales, questions, and concerns. An ideal candidate will be flexible to work at our merchandise booths during games and in our pop up store during the holiday season.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Greet and Provide outstanding customer service with high energy and willingness to help others.
- Assist customers by showing and providing information on specific products.
- Provide suggestions and opinions to help customers make product selections, while achieving sales goals.
- Checks inventory on a regular basis to maintain fully stocked store front and booths.
- Maintain an appealing retail setting for guests.
- Responsible for completing all tasks assigned by the Director of Merchandise accurately and on time.
- Process sales, exchanges, and returns via a POS system.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, Experience
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required.
- Available all game nights (exceptions can be arranged on game-by-game basis with supervisor approval.)
- Available for special events such as season ticket holder parties.
