WESTLAKE WARRIOR | College Grad Program*
College Graduate Program
The college graduate program is a comprehensive 6-to-9-month program centered around classroom training and practical skill development in the Dealer Origination Department. The college graduate will be responsible for increasing sales in their specified region. This includes consulting in all sales activities, submitting credit exceptions, assisting in the loan originations process, and acting as a liaison between dealerships and Westlake’s corporate offices. This individual will primarily interact with dealerships but will also have broad interaction with other internal departments, including Originations, Sales and Marketing.
Successful completion of the program will require for college graduate to excel in the Regional Credit Analyst role and pass the performance evaluation. Upon completion candidate will have the opportunity to graduate into the Regional Credit Analyst role and be eligible to apply to other departments. College graduate must graduate above a 50 percentile to be recommended to apply to other departments.
