Workplay is looking for full time/ part time cocktail waitresses/servers to be part of our Front of House team. As part of the team, cocktail waitresses/servers are expected to develop constructive and professional interpersonal relationship with each member.
Responsibilities:
- Generally responsible for greeting guests, taking orders, serving food & beverages to guests.
- Attending to guests special requests
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintaining a clean working environment (ensuring tables are clean before guests arrive)
- Proactive in taking actions when conflict arise
- Active listener, friendly personality and attention to details are must haves
- Great communication skills when upselling, recommending or resolving issues with customers
Qualifications:
- Must be able to commit to at least 3-4 times a week schedule
- Proven experience in the hospitality/ food & beverage industry
- Able to stand for on your feet for long shifts
- Fast learner & adaptable
- Amenable to work late afternoon- midnight
- Able to adapt to a busy working environment while keeping camaraderie within the team
- Courteous to guests, other members of the staff, and back of house team members
- Always Smiling :)

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
