A Tram Club Cocktail Server is expected to maintain Snowbird’s values by performing all required duties in a friendly and professional manner to guests and team members. This position will include greeting each guest and presenting menu while handling their questions and transactions.
Tasks for the Cocktail Server position include:

• Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner

• Present menu and specials to each table

• Deliver drinks and food

• Resolve guest concerns and questions

• Review receipts and assist guests with transactions

• Help other restaurant positions as needed

• Communicate with other servers, restaurant managers, and kitchen personnel

Server* Qualifications / Experience*

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Great listening, speaking, and presentation skills

• Multitask is a must

• Strong organizational skills

• Job experience is a plus

• Food Handler Permit and Alcohol Certification

• 21 years of age

• A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure

Expectations (Physical Requirements & Working Conditions)

• Travel to Snowbird Resort

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time

• Shifts may vary from morning to evening. Some late nights for private functions, regular closing hour will be at 8:00pm.

• Work some weekends and holidays depending on business levels

• Stay overnight in case of road closures
