Cocktail Server/Mini Bar Attendant
Status: Permanent/ Full and Part-Time
Department: Casino Bar & Lounge
Reports To: Bar Manager

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Responsible for serving cocktails/beverages for the bar to customers in the bar and on the casino floor
- Cocktail server checks with Supervisor at the start of shift for assigned work station
- Takes drink orders from customers (alcoholic/non-alcoholic)
- Collect money and makes change
- Solicit and serve appetizers
- Must be observant of customer needs and be responsible for cleanliness at work station including ashtrays, tables and floors
- Notify Management if guest is intoxicated (too much to drink)
- Must know all beverage products stocked and informs guests with availability upon request
- Must be able to process daily cash and sales of cigarettes, beer, wine, liquor, snacks and miscellaneous items
- Attendant will receive deliveries of cigarettes and store cases in designated areas
- Must be able to comply with all gaming regulations as applied and S.O.P. cash handling policies
- Any and all other duties as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS::
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must qualify for a gaming license
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language used in the workplace
- Knowledge of drinks, cocktails and wine helpful
- Must be outgoing, pleasant personality and good customer relations
- Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to four hours
- Must have a good sense of balance and the ability to lift trays of drinks frequently weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to bend, stretch and lift 45 lbs. repeatedly and frequently
- Must pass pre-employment drug test
