We are searching for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Co-DON (Director of Nursing) in the Greeley, CO area to join our ever-growing team. This position exhists to support our growing Family CNA program.

Responsibilities:

• Growing our Family CNA program
• Marketing and presentations to community about the Family CNA program
• Interviewing and hiring CNA’s
• Completing PAT tool screenings
• Approving CNA notes/doing RN evaluations and supervisory visits
• Engage in effective communication with families, clinicians and administrative/office staff
• Back-up RN for the Family CNA student program
• Back- up RN for Orders
• Back-up for locking POC’s
• Willingness to train, learn and apply our processes
• Desire to understand, believe and communicate our mission and values

Requirements:

• A Colorado license in good standing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to function in an increasingly high volume environment with minimal oversight along with being very self-motivated
• Previous experience in home health preferred
