CNC Operator Sign-on Bonus Job at FATHOM

CNC Operator Key Responsibilities:
- Setup and Operation of 3-5 axis CNC vertical machining centers and lathes
- MDI (Manual Data Input) programming
- Inspection using manual gauges and instruments
- Understanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawings
- Monitor an inspect the part throughout the machining process
- Observe all company quality and safety procedures
- Communicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issues
- Participates in Lean manufacturing events
CNC Operator Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Min of 2 years of CNC Machinist/Operator experience is a must
- Associate degree in a relevant field or (3+) years of experience
- Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment
- Able to manage sensitive and sometimes confidential information
- Great communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
