Natoli Engineering services the tableting and encapsulation demands of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies all over the world.
We are seeking a mechanically apt candidate, available for 2nd shift (1:30 - 9:30PM) who is interested in learning the skills required to become a journeyman machinist. Familiarity with CNC and manual machining is a plus, but not necessary if a candidate can demonstrate mechanical understanding. We are looking for a candidate who can take direction and feedback well, and implement that feedback to refine their skills. We are also experiencing unprecedented growth, so this candidate will be expected to be flexible and ready for changes, willing to bring ideas on working more effectively personally, and as a company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- LEARN TO OPERATE CNC MILLS IN A SCHEDULE DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT
- READ AND INTERPRET BLUEPRINTS AND PART TOLERANCES
- INSPECT AND DEBURR PARTS IN PREPARATION FOR SHIPPING AND INVENTORY
- KEEP A CLEAN, ORDERLY STATION
- ASSIST TANGENT DEPARTMENTS IN CREATING MORE EFFICIENT WORKFLOW
- POTENTIALLY LEARN ADDITIONAL SKILLS LIKE SURFACE GRINDING, CENTERLESS GRINDING, EDM, MANUAL LATHE, CNC LATHE.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- MECHANICAL APTITUDE, AND FAMILIARITY WITH RUNNING CNC MACHINES
- STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL, AND A PERFECTIONIST ATTITUDE
- PRIOR EXPERIENCE RUNNING MACHINES, INTERPRETING BLUEPRINTS AND CNC PROGRAMS A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- ABILITY TO STAND FOR 8 HOURS PER DAY
- ABILITY TO LIFT UP TO 50LBS
- ABILITY TO WORK WELL WITH OTHERS, AND TAKE FEEDBACK EFFECTIVELY.
