We understand that schedules can change so we strive to be as flexible as possible. As part of a Care Team, you will be provided with the training and information necessary to make you successful with each of your shifts. Our services include:

The CNA/Personal Care Attendant fulfills a vital role in assisting our clients with day-to-day activities so that they can remain safely and comfortably within the familiar surroundings of their home. Our goal is to provide compassionate care while serving our clients and their families with dignity and respect as they age in their homes.

Personal Care Attendant Role/Responsibilities include:

• Companionship and conversational engagement with client
• Assistance in transferring between bed, wheelchair or motor vehicles
• Assistance with bathing and personal hygiene
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Assistance with dressing and grooming
• Assistance with meal preparation, consumption, and meal clean up
• Light housekeeping and cleanup to maintain clean healthy surroundings
• Medication reminders including opening of non-controlled substance medications such as eye drops, herbs, supplements and over-the-counter medications
• Utilizes safe infection control practices including proper hand-washing and waste disposal
• Maintains confidentiality of client information at all times
