As a Cloud Systems Administrator you will assist with the implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support of the company's cloud services and other IT systems. This includes but not limited to all Microsoft 365 services (Azure, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune, etc.), as well as any future systems. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and improvement in the automation of deployments and support for critical systems to provide reliable infrastructure for the organization. Monday-Friday 8AM - 5PM, Full-Time, Exempt

(On-site) Bolingbrook, IL

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of Microsoft 365 including Azure Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Create and maintains secure baseline endpoint configurations.
• Participate in migration of services from on-prem to the cloud.
• Participate in operating system and third-party patch management.
• Evaluates the environment and workflows, recommending and implementing improvements and automation where possible.
• Integrates third party vendors with Azure Active Directory.
• Administers Azure Active Directory users and groups.
• Configure, monitor, and optimize Microsoft 365 email and spam filtering.
• Serve as subject matter expert escalation point for cloud-based services for Desktop Support team.
• Perform administration and maintenance on AWS EC2 environment.
• Utilize CloudWatch to monitor AWS infrastructure.
• Participate in license management.

Required Education, Skills, Abilities and Experience

• Experience with mobile device and mobile application management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager.
• Experience with Microsoft 365.
• Experience with PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Experience in a Windows hybrid environment.
• Experience with Windows 11, macOS and Windows Server.
• Experience with Windows networking in an AWS virtual private cloud.
• Must possess a keen interest in building secure infrastructure.
• Excellent understanding of networking and network services such as DNS and DHCP.
• Experience with Android is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based printing solutions is a plus.
• Industry and cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree, Masters is a plus
