Job Description:

The role focuses heavily on working with Fortune 500 companies and subject matter experts in initiating, planning, architecting, and delivering best-in-class Cloud solutions around Data & Analytics.

In such a role, you would manage transformation projects of large sizes. You will work together with (or as the liaison towards) functional teams, technology and sector experts. You will be responsible for the end-to-end program management activities and for coaching project team members. In this role you will be the key contact at clients and represent Data & Analytics practice.

Responsibilities:

• Work with CXO and Sr Director of the Customer to define the Roadmap and strategy for large Data Platform Transformation programs
• Define program approaches, structure project team, elaborate project/program demand.
• Adapt to various clients contexts, listen to their challenges and think about (innovative) solutions to guide their transformation.
• Compose and guide project team to deliver the data-enabled transformation.
• Actively contribute to the further growth through identification of business opportunities.
• Drive RFI/RFP Responses/Solution defense and proactive proposals primarily on Cloud.
• Understands and considers all pertinent options in terms of data architecture in the areas of data extraction from client internal and external business systems, and ingestion in cloud, engineering data pipelines, data hubs, data warehousing, and data lakes
• Reviews proposals, develops PoCs, and provides effort estimates as per project needs
• Provide oversight to data architecture solution implementation, with ability to guide a team of data engineers on projects and groom resources on the same
• Build and standardize data architecture solution with frameworks, utilities, templates, and other demonstrable assets based on industry demand and client opportunities.

Qualifications:

Skill Profile

• At least 15-20 years of experience in Leading Data transformation program in at least one of the following industries/verticals:

a. Healthcare

b. Telecom

c. Manufacturing

d. Hi-Tech

e. Life Sciences

• At least 5-7 years of experience in executing Data transformation track across Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and implementing atleast 2 large programs on Data Lake/Data Fabric solution
• In-depth understanding of database management systems and scripting (SQL, NoSQL, and distributed databases)
• Experience with Data Governance and Security.

Experienced with: Transparent Data Encryption (TDE), Data Redaction, Virtual Private Database (VPD) etc.

• Understanding of applying data governance framework including the management of data, operating model, data policies and standards as well as the application of clearly defined data management definitions.
• Familiar with Cloud Data platforms: Snowflake, Big Query, Synapse etc.
• Familiar with change management in the implementation of data & information management strategies, BI, advanced analytics and AI.
• Familiar with market trends and technologies related to data management, analytics and visualization.
• CXO level engagement with strong communication, presentation, and articulation skills.
• Team player with ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science/ Engineering or equivalent.
• Master’s in Predictive Analytics or Data Science from an accredited US university.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $230,000.00 per year
