Valley View Health Center is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist to keep up with booming demand! Valley View Health Center is one of the fastest growing community health centers in the South Sound and SW Washington. We are a well-established fully integrated program, and pride ourselves on working collaboratively with our medical, dental and pharmacy teams. Our referrals come from our medical providers, and we work collaboratively with a full caseload of up to 50 clients for a FT position. The leadership team makes sure our BH providers are cared for by maintaining a sincere focus on provider wellness, work/life balance, and helping providers to recognize when they may be experiencing burn out.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree and professional license in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. Please do NOT apply if you are an Associate.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Counseling / Psychotherapy: 2+ years

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: We focus on CBT and brief interventions but know that each therapist brings their own specialties. We do ask that health-mindedness be part of your repertoire, and that you are aware of the value of mindfulness as an approach. You must value diversity, inclusivity and have respect for the communities we serve.

This position requires ability and comfort in working with electronic scheduling, navigating and charting in EHR and is best suited for therapists who can manage working in multiple electronic systems including platforms for video or telehealth session.

LOCATION: The position will be based out of our Toledo medical clinic (hybrid of on-site and telehealth). Onsite will be the mainstay with an opportunity for some remote work.

HOURS/SCHEDULE: 40 hours a week, flexible, but usually matches the clinic hours.

SALARY RANGE: $93,090 base compensation with an experience stipend of $1,000 per year of work after professional training was completed, up to a maximum of $15,000. There is a signing bonus for this position.
