Kadiant Supervisors help shape the future of our technicians by providing direct coaching and RBT supervision per BACB standards. You will create dedicated treatment plans for our clients, monitoring their progress is critical to this role as we are here for the kids and their success!

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients, settings and funding sources to include: direct observation and protocol modification, as needed.
  • Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as (not limited to) the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, in order to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
  • Provide supervision and complete documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBTs, BCaBAs and BCBA candidates, as needed.
  • Provide parent/caregiver education across clients to ensure generalization of skills and behavior reduction.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, in order to develop function-based treatments.
  • Provide accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback through completion of Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members (i.e., all Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors).
  • Provide training, as needed, to teachers, technicians, parents, and/or others utilizing Behavior Skills Training (BST): discussion, modeling, practice and feedback.
  • If applicable, attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and/or other interdisciplinary team meetings and, when appropriate, present proposed goals and objectives, behavioral interventions, and possible modifications/adaptations.
  • If applicable, collaborate with school personnel by conducting student observations, providing written programming and/or behavioral recommendations, implementing training as necessary, and providing regular follow-up support, as authorized.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records for all clients. This includes obtaining appropriate consent (i.e., consent to evaluate, consent to release confidential information) for all clients.
  • Maintain accurate timekeeping records.
  • Maintain an average of 5 billable client service hours per working day.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with all Kadiant team members, clients, and other service providers.
  • Provide appropriate mentorship and support to other team members.
  • Complete administrative responsibilities directly associated with general supervisor requirements and case management across clients (i.e., billing, session notes, incident reports, analysis and summarization of data that drives individualized programming, monthly team meetings, etc.).
  • Complete accurate and detailed client reports including intake assessment reports, ongoing treatment plans, and client discharge reports within required deadlines.

  • Masters degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: behavior analysis, education, or psychology, or related field (education required; listed fields of study preferred)
  • License or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, or other state-recognized license (required)
  • Extensive experience conducting BCBA tasks (i.e., data analysis, programming, assessments, etc.) and/or working with those impacted by pervasive developmental disorders (required), across varied client profiles
  • Valid driver license
