Job Title: Clinical Supervisor
Reports To: Director of Quality and Population Health
Status: Exempt
Summary: This position is responsible for overseeing every day workflow of assigned departments. Will also serve as the main point of contact between the departments and leadership.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead and coordinate monthly staff meetings.
2. Attend monthly supervisor meetings and leadership meetings.
3. Participates in one or more CPH Committee meetings and designated projects.
4. Monitor workflows, attendance, PTO, and processes
5. Maintain timely response to voicemails, emails and other messaging.
6. Cross cover and support other supervisors as needed.
7. Work with cross functional teams, external organizations and facilities.
8. Participate in developing and updating policies and procedures
9. Keep staff informed of policies and procedures changes as appropriate.
10. Oversee and coach employees.
11. Align the departments to improve quality outcomes.
12. Set and clearly communicate goals for each department
13. Generate reports and perform analysis on goals
14. Maintain consistency across departments and within the organization
15. Maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to HIPPA guidelines and regulations.
16. Other duties as assigned.
Human Resources:
1. Arrange for site orientation and training of new employees.
2. Provide input for hiring/terminating employees.
3. Prepare and execute employee performance evaluations (60 day, annual and bonus evaluations) and performance improvement plans as appropriate with DOQ/PH.
4. Review employee timecards and requests for paid time off.
5. Serve as main point of contact between corporate office and site.
6. Monitor employee morale and build a positive team environment.
7. Exhibit leadership and buy-in to mission and values.
8. Resolve or escalate complaints.
Technology/Facility:
1. Resolve or escalate general IT issues.
2. Responsible for requesting and maintaining employees accounts.
3. Track inventory and order medical and office supplies.
4. Responsible for employee break room cleanliness and organization.
5. Distribute monthly Cairn newsletters.
Financial:
1. Responsible for purchases using the company credit card.
2. Review and approve mileage reimbursement and purchase reimbursement requests.
3. Work with DOQ/PH and Revenue Cycles in regards to financial soundness of each department.
Requirements:

- Ability to set an example and maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and the public.
- Ability to use discretion when escalating issues to the corporate level.

- Ability to design, read, interpret and apply clinic policies and procedures.
- Ability to competently use Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and appropriate practice management software.
- 2 years or more of previous management experience
- This position is required in-person.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Mental and Physical Requirements: Varied activities including standing, walking reaching, bending and lifting. This position requires a full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Must be able to use a variety of office equipment. May require working under stressful conditions.
Other Requirements: Commuting to other locations within a 75-mile radius may be required.
Conditions: Normal medical office environment. This position requires the ability to work under pressure and with a diverse population, including staff, physicians, clients, patients, insurance companies, labs, hospitals and other members of the public on a regular basis.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
