Maximus is currently hiring for Regional Clinic Supervisors to support our Southern Region clinics. This opportunity is available to those that live in one of the following states: AL, FL, GA, MS, OK, and TX. The Regional Clinic Supervisor oversees Clinic Intake Specialists and Sr. Intake Specialists, reviewing schedules for errors from 10 clinics. The supervisor will also be responsible for scheduling interviews for new hires, coordinating monthly team calls, and onboarding and training new clinic intake specialists.
Job Summary:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Clinic Intake schedules on a weekly/daily basis to ensure clinics are staffed.
- Provide support, guidance and ongoing training to Clinic Intake Specialist and Senior Intakes.
- Address issues and concerns of Clinic Intake staff and communicate with RCM any necessary follow up.
- New Clinic Intake onboarding and training.
- Perform supervisory responsibilities including but not limited to the following: identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates; develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency; discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and works closely with the HR on resolving problems; evaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action; and ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of experience.
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and beginner knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and delegate.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Must possess the desire to assist our wounded veterans with a caring, positive and patriotic attitude.
- Must have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation.
Additional Duties and Requirements:
- Must live in one of the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, OK, MS, NM, TX
- Organize and Lead monthly clinic conference calls
- Ability to travel throughout region by car or plane.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for Clinic Intake vacancies
- Reviewing/approving timecards and expenses for their direct reports
- Travel to other clinic locations int he Southern Region required
Home Office Requirements:
- Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net)
- Preferred Windows or Mac (no Chromebooks)
- OS for Windows – Windows 10 or newer
- OS for Mac – Big Sur (11.0.1+); Catalina (10.15); MacOS (up to 12.5) or newer
- Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router
- USB plug and play wired headset with a microphone and noise suppression
- Private work area and adequate power source
- A second monitor is highly recommended for most positions
