Location is Hybrid – A combination of in-person and off-site, depending on provider preference and organizational need.
Compensation
As a Clinical Coordinator, you put patients first, evaluating, and coordinating their care with their case manager. The behavioral health challenges commonly seen in the Targeted Case Management setting are trauma, psychosis, mood instability, interpersonal challenges, and substance misuse. You will be a vital part in offering transformational services to patients in need experiencing these challenges in the community.

Compensation
- First-year compensation Minimally $60,000 annually, with higher compensation available for individuals with more experience.

About You
- Master's degree in clinical behavioral health field, such as social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.
- Active LCSW or LPC license and in good standing with the Wisconsin Dept of Safety and Professional Services or the ability to gain reciprocity within 90 days of hire (Will consider an LPC-IT or APSW who has their 3,000 and will take their state exam within 90 days of hire)
- Clinical experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who have co-occurring mental health, substance use, and physical health problems
- Experience and competence with structured intervention techniques (e.g. Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence-based psychosocial treatments (e.g. Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy) is preferred
- Vaccinated for COVID-19 or willing to be.
- You are a skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.
