You’ll be using brand new technology, exam rooms, and tools. This is an opportunity to pay a vital role in developing a fresh, supportive culture of dedicated animal healers. We selected Midwood for our new location due to the lack of urgent care clinics for animals South of Prospect Park. With your help, we will help pets and pet parents find care right in their backyard without having to travel across Brooklyn!

#### Role Description

The Veterinary Clinic Manager will lead the clinic team including veterinarians, technicians and assistants. Additionally, you will oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure every customer has a positive experience. You should be a reliable, proactive, and conscientious team player.

#### Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic
  • Be a mentor, developing clinic team members to perform at their best
  • Balance the needs of the clinical team with clinic’s goals
  • Scale operations appropriately for a smooth Grand Opening and on an ongoing basis
  • Oversee and set standards for customer relations
  • Lead weekly team meetings & daily team check-ins
  • Create clinic schedules
  • Identify areas of opportunity to increase efficiency and implement improvements
  • Ensure team members complete their daily checklists
  • Foster a sense of community within the team and ensure there is a positive culture

#### Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience managing professionals in the veterinary space (ideal)
  • Experience supervising front desk operations
  • Experience with compliance and safety policies
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
