Job Summary

We're looking for a smart, self-motivated "people person" to help with client treatments. The job is perfect for someone who is interested in alternative/holistic health and is comfortable with front desk AND back office duties. You need to be comfortable with clerical duties including patient scheduling, checkouts, filing and organization.

We are a holistic wellness center and offer complementary medicine including services that are commonly found in a med-spa setting. We offer several ancillary services - some of which you would be responsible to facilitate.

If the treatment is not "hands on" requiring specialized training or licensing, you will usher the client to the treatment space and set up the process as necessary following detailed instructions. Treatment examples are red light therapy, ionic detox foot bath, body composition analysis, and bio-energetic scan.

The schedule is 11AM to 4PM M, Tu, Th, Fr initially. It is possible to work additional hours/days based on the clinic schedule and availability. We can discuss the specifics of your schedule after the initial interview. If you have specific restrictions related to your availability, let me know.

Qualifications and Skills

- Great attitude

- Demonstrated interest in health and wellness

- Exceptional computer skills

- Organized and detail-oriented

- Command of the English language (grammar, spelling, etc.)

- Minimum 2 year work history with references

- You MUST live within a 30 minute drive of our center on Hilton Head or in Bluffton. If you aren't on the island, we are a 15 minute drive from Home Depot/Best Buy/Target in Bluffton. Georgia or Beaufort residents won't be considered. Driving an hour each way isn't sustainable and this is a long-term position.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
