Applicant Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience and/or AAS,BS degree in related field
- Knowledgeable in the standards and practices of all phases of arboriculture
- Climbing and bucket operation
- Setting up vehicles, works site, tools and equipment
- Rigging and removal/felling techniques
- Pruning techniques including but not limit too deadwood removal, crown thinning, crown reduction, specific branch weight reduction, crown raising and clearance pruning.
- Tree and plant identification
- Valid drivers license, CDL a plus
- Vehicle and equipment operation efficiently and safely
- Load and secure equipment on trailers
- Operate truck with trailer efficiently forward and reverse
- Provide, assist and/or report maintenance(s)

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Stanfordville, NY 12581: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Tree care: 2 years (Preferred)
- Climbing Arborist: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
