Boat Club Road Animal Hospital & Resort for Pets is searching for an experienced customer service representative to join our growing team. We have two locations in the NW Fort Worth area and staff members may be asked to rotate between them.

Our environment is a fun atmosphere but can be very hectic at the busiest times of the year! In this role, you will be our First Impression. You are the first person that our customers interact with on the phone and in person. You MUST be well spoken, articulate, and be able to professionally describe the features, advantages and benefits of our facility and persuade callers to book appointments or stop in for a tour and see what makes us outstanding! You MUST also be able to utilize our reservation software to make reservations, check in and out guests, perform credit card and cash transactions, as well as interact professionally with clients in our social media outlets.

We will only consider honest and hard workers who have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

The perfect person would be someone personable, detail oriented, self motivated and dedicated to help educate our clients to better take care of their pets.

Skills Preferred:

• 1-2 years as a receptionist in a veterinary or pet resort setting preferred, scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, taking payments
• Good knowledge and understanding of veterinary terminology
• Experience with Cornerstone and Gingr software is a plus

We are looking for reliable long term staff. Staff must be over the age of 18 and able to work various shifts, including some Saturdays.
