We are currently seeking a Client Services Analyst.
A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Responsible for ensuring that all Adrian Steel and Subsidiary employees have correct access to the systems.
- Solves users? problems and requests with technology as expeditiously as possible.
- Responsible for providing the correct technology to users and ensuring its being used correctly and most effectively.
- Responsible for testing new software and software updates.
- Responsible for M365/AD Administration such as licensing and User management.
- Assisting in design and implementation of Company MDM.
- Identify and provide solutions to improve end-user?s processes.
- Execute the plan to protect and secure Adrian Steel and Subsidiary data.
- Adherence and driver of ITIL Practices.
The key behaviors required for this role are:
- Knowledge of all business operating systems and applications
- Strong understanding of company standard for employee access
- Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
- Familiarity and comfort with scripting solutions in PowerShell and/or Bash.
- Strong problem solving skills
- Understanding of current, and future, technology and how it would support our business
- Challenge effectively
- Strong organizational skills / Disciplined
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree in CS/CIS/MIS preferred; company will consider a combination of education and experience
- 1-2 years of Information Technology experience
- Must meet and maintain all requirements to be a ?Driver? as defined in Adrian Steel Fleet Corporate Driving Policy
- Valid driver?s license
- Acceptable driving record (Adrian Steel authorized)
