Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C. seeks an experienced Client Service Coordinator to join our real estate document production team. A Client Service Coordinator is expected to be organized, dependable, detail‐ oriented and have a professional appearance and demeanor. A Client Service Coordinator should possess strong writing and analytical skills and have the ability to handle a high volume of real estate closing documents and prioritize multiple tasks.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
A Client Service Coordinator at Hall, Render, Killian, Heath, & Lyman ("Hall Render") will perform a wide variety of tasks for its real estate service line clients. These tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage high volume of document requests from several title companies
  • Interact with clients
  • Prepare real estate closing documents, including affidavits, deeds, promissory notes, mortgages, etc.
  • Read, understand and summarize title searches and commitments
  • Track requests and invoices sent to the clients
  • Upload, retrieve and profile documents
  • Conduct preliminary legal research that may be necessary to prepare the documents

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word with an aptitude for quickly learning various other programs.
  • Prior experience preparing legal documents.
  • Prior experience reviewing title searches and commitments.
  • Detail‐oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of document management systems, opening and organizing new files, preparing correspondence, editing, preparation and filing documents.
  • Excellent administrative, writing, grammar and proofreading skills.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality with the ability to operate under minimal supervision.

Education and Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years of experience working as an administrative assistant or paralegal in a law office, preferably with experience in real estate law, or experience working at a title company.
  • An Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
