Client Service Associate – Tax Preparation Firm – Middleton WI

Maharlika Tax, LLC, in partnership with Apex Fiduciary Tax Advisors, LLC is a growing full-service tax preparation firm looking to add a Client Service Associate to our team! As a Client Service Associate at Maharlika Tax, LLC, you will:
· Be the first person to greet clients when they come into or call the office.
· Receive and scan client tax documents.
· Set appointments for tax clients.
· Provide team members with professional, accurate, efficient, and reliable support.
· Assist with billing and invoicing operations.
· Assist with social media presence, marketing, and website maintenance.
· Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Demonstrated proficiency with technology including accurate keying and use of various computer applications.
· High attention to detail.
· Efficient time management, prioritization, and organization of duties.
· Courteous and professional interpersonal communication skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
