· Heavy input and data analysis

· Triage and support all Help Desk tickets related to all IT business support requests in SA Manage

o Evident through monthly team reports on system KPI’s

· Support oversight of current master data process for all categories, including Item, Vendor and Customer master

· Pre-book loading and maintenance as required by sales and purchasing departments

· Electronically process invoices including customer and vendor files

· Work with customer service department to process credits

· Support the merchandising team by printing product labels as requested

· Run and format sales and pricing reports as required on a weekly and monthly basis

· Attend and work in the HLA Technology Booth at company trade shows

· Provide Level I direct IT support for external and internal end users

o Basic email, telecom, network and desktop troubleshooting

o Mobile applications support both internal and external

o New user setup support

· Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications and experience:

· Ability to work well within a team environment

· Superior organizational skills

· Detail oriented

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Intermediate to expert level Microsoft Office Skills, especially Excel

· Ability and willingness to learn new systems/applications

· Minimum of 1 – 3 years of IT and/or sales administration business support
