Clerical Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service support for client warehouse and shipping request
- Coordinate with warehouse supervisor for organization, staffing, and operational activities on daily shipment
- Supervise and review work progress for assigned warehouse task
- Implement and continue execute appropriate safety guidelines
- Monitor storeroom and warehouse material usage and report for replenishment
- Provide assistant in warehouse space utilization by designing facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency
- Make arrangement of delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies
- Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage
- Work with staff to identify and resolve problems on order operation
- Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary
- Assist with budget preparation and administration
- Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience warehouse Experience is a plus experience warehouse
- Strong daily computer operation illiteracy such as Office suite/Cloud system
- Preferable Cantonese/Mandarin speakers.
ENVIRONMENT:
- Full Time
- In office work only city of Santa Fe Spring
- $16.50/hour + Full Benefits
