Cleaning Technician Job at Ness Management, LLC
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to join the Cleaning Team and work between our Montana Properties!
Our rapidly growing property management company in Great Falls, MT, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated cleaning technician. This is a fast-paced position, that requires being able to pivot when the need arises.
Position Information:
- Job Type - Full-Time
- Location – Great Falls, MT, with travel to assigned local properties required.
- Schedule – Monday - Friday – Additional days and hours may be required based on company needs.
- Compensation is DOE + Company paid benefits package
Responsibilities:
Maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the properties daily (grounds, internal, exterior)
Timely work orders, quality turnover/make-ready schedule
Effectively coordinating and communicating with the on-site property manager, as well as the maintenance manager
Janitorial duties per service request or property needs
Landscaping as needed per property needs and regular schedule
Qualifications:
Effective conflict resolution
Customer Service
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Dependable availability
Personal accountability - ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of computers and web-based programs
Problem solving
Heavy lifting and carrying (50lbs+)
Bending/kneeling/stooping
Climbing and balancing
Inside and outside work environment - including all weather conditions as needed
Requirements for this position include:
Valid driver's license
Authorized to work in the US
Resume required with references
Must pass pre-employment criminal background check
