As a Cleaning Concierge, you'll primarily focus on assisting our clients with establishing new or renewal service contracts, assisting with service booking inquiries, and providing personalized white glove service to our VIP Clients.

You'll also perform a variety of tasks, such as:

• Administrative support
• Resolving client inquiries
• Developing relationships with clients
• Monitoring account activities through in-house systems
• Providing customized reports

You'll work as part of a larger team in a remote setting. This job suits people with business and mathematical knowledge and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Cleaning Concierge Job Responsibilities

• As the primary contact for new and current clients, building strong relationships and rapport is vital for the Cleaning Concierge position. You'll answer questions as you make & quote service proposals and support the client's account needs.
• Communicate with customers and associates on the phone and via email. Open new service accounts for clients and support existing clients and portfolios. Stay in regular contact with renewal and one-time clients.
• Explain COMEROLOGY services and our offerings, guiding clients to the services best suited to their needs.
• Ensure new accounts are set up correctly by collecting the necessary documentation.
• Remain knowledgeable about our range of service offerings.
• Recommend related service packages to increase clients' options and enrich the service experience.
• Set up and process orders and promote special sales, offers, and awareness of the COMEROLOGY loyalty program.
• Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to clients.
• Performs additional duties as needed.

Work Hours & Benefits

This position requires availability during our operating hours Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M EST. Scheduled hours can range between 30 - 40 hours per week. You are eligible for benefits after 90 days.

Cleaning Concierge Qualifications / Skills

• No formal education is required to become a Cleaning Concierge with COMEROLOGY. Instead, the Cleaning Concierge can learn most of the skills needed through on-the-job training.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
