Northeast Aaprtments is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented cleaner to join our team. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our apartment buildings' common areas as well as cleaning units in between tenants. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a clean and welcoming environment for residents.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other shared spaces.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors in common areas.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including handrails, windowsills, and furniture.
• Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• Clean and prepare vacant units for new tenants, including thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Remove trash and debris left by previous tenants.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and equipment when necessary.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and team members.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques.
