CarOffer is rapidly growing its Operations team and is seeking an Arbitration Manager to add to its growing team!

The Arbitration Manager will perform customer arbitration transactions in a prompt and courteous manner while supporting clients and team members in related functions and processes.

Responsibilities:

● The arbitration Manager will work with the client from start to finish with a high level of service

● Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner; advise the Operations Manager or designated manager of all serious complaints or incidences

● Resolve arbitration differences in a polite and distinct manner, making sure each customer is aware of transaction terms and conditions

● Coordinate third-party inspections and perform proper recordkeeping

● Understand and enforce the company’s arbitration policies and procedures

● Advise customers of arbitration policy and the arbitration process and facilitate the resolution/negotiation between the two parties

● Determine what can be arbitrated based on CarOffer Arbitration Policy and NAAA policy

● Work directly with Inspection and Resolution teams to ensure that transaction steps are completed within designated time frames and parameters

● Resolve any customer complaints in a friendly, courteous manner; advise the Arbitration Team Manager of all serious complaints or incidences

● Maintain knowledge of vehicle values, industry market conditions, customers’ inventory, business priorities and challenges

● Work closely with the CarOffer sales team to ensure claims are processed promptly

● Maintain communication with all CarOffer teams including management

● Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills/Requirements:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

● Superior multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented, strong organizational skills

● Ability to work and communicate regularly as part of a team

● Ability to utilize databases/systems to review and verify documentation and information

● Process improvement, documentation, and training will also be required from this role as CarOffer continues to scale

● Minimum of 3-5 years of automotive, mechanical or body shop experience with compliant recording and resolution preferred

● High school Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
