As a member of our Operations team, you will ensure that customer orders are accurate, up to Rinse quality standards, and delivered on time. • Equity: All Rinse Operations Coordinators have the opportunity to earn and vest equity (options) after working at the company for 90 days.

In this role, you will...

Join our cross-trained team to execute all aspects of Rinse's operations. You’ll learn to perform quality control on customer orders, perform inventory control, dispatch delivery drivers, troubleshoot any delivery issues, and support our delivery driver team.

As the ideal candidate, you...

• Have relevant experience in start-ups, dispatch work, warehouse work, sorting, delivery, laundry, and dry cleaning
• Are proficient Google Docs, And iOS devices (proficiency is a plus)
• Have a driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Have worked in the following roles in the past: dispatch, driver, operations, logistics, and laundry / dry cleaning
