We have openings for full time Chocolate Technician at our candy factory located at 23770 Hall Road in Clinton Township, Michigan. As a vital member of our Kitchen Team, the Candy Maker/Cook assists in the creation of our famous confections.

We have an openings on all shifts! Our shifts are full-time hours Monday through Friday.

1st shift = 6a-3p

2nd shift = 2p - 11p

Qualified candidates must be willing and able to work Saturday and Sunday as needed.

The starting pay rate is $15.68 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage chocolate enrobber and bottomer machine to ensure temperature levels remain constant;
• Monitor Stringer as you check for quality, weight, & uniformity
• Cleaning and sanitizing the equipment used to make candy;
• Consistently adding sea salt to machine;
• Following company safety rules and regulations;
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED;
• Self-directed;
• Ability to work well with peers and supervisors;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to keep production lines running efficiently.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 8-10 hours;
• Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently;
• Wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by company.
