Chief Nursing Officer Needed!
This state-of-the-art, 59-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital is looking for a Chief Nursing Officer. This hospital is dedicated to the treatment and recovery of individuals who have experienced the debilitating effects of a severe injury or illness.
The CNO will direct and coordinate functions and activities of the nursing department and assist clinical operations departments. They will consult with and advise the Chief Executive Officer on the general operation of the hospital. Additionally they will develop nursing and clinical department goals, objectives, and standards of performance, policies, and procedures. They will organize nursing and clinical departments according to administrative and nursing service guildelines; ensuring compliance with legal, organziational, and medical staff standards. The CNO will be responsible for establishing, directing, and implementing the Standards of Nursing Practice and the clincal operations and finanical matters related to all nursing and clinical care areas and functions.

Requirements:
- PA - RN license
- Min. 5 years experience of healthcare administration/management
- Min. 2 years experience of senior nursing management
- Min. 5 years experience of hospital management in an inpatient, acute care environment.
- Masters degree preferred
- CRRN preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
